Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr the doctor, and Thelma Henson who was the housewife she was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942, at Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. When she was a teenager, she was a pro at the piano. When she was just 13 she took home an international prize at the Chicago Music Festival. The family moved to Fort Collins in Colorado, after which she graduated from high school studies in Fort Collins High School in 1960. To pursue her career she relocated from Colorado to Los Angeles. Her modeling career began when she joined the Powers agency. While still modeling she started to get more attracted to acting. She caught the eye of Hollywood producers as performing. Her role in the 1966 film, El Dorado, as a significant character who was a the troublemaker Josephine Joey MacDonald, exposed her to the spotlight.
